Will This Track Hold Heavy Curtains?

Yes – It will hold heavy curtains upto 10kg per side. This is very heavy. In our office we have used interlined curtains weighing 700gms per metre squared of flat fabric. On a track measuring 400cm with 200cm. pair Curtain. Total Curtain weight 16kg. They ran like a dream

Is the Track Simple to Install?

Yes! You get all the pieces you require to fix into plasterboard, masonry or timber. You will require a drill to install into the wall. Simply fix the plugs into the wall and then screw in.

What is the Track Made out of?

The Track is made out of aluminium, the brackets are metal and the gliders are plastic for smooth operation

Which Style of Curtains work with this Track

This track will work with standard heading tape curtains including, Pencil Pleat, Pinch Pleat, Cartridge Pleat, Goblet. It will not work with wave as the gliders are not isolated.

How Many Pieces does the track come in?

The Track is in 2 pieces if over 200cm. The tracks have a joining bar to attach them together in the centre.

Is the Track Easy to Bend?

Yes, you insert the rods that are included in the pack and then gently bend the track over your knee.

How to Bend the track

The track is very simple to bend using the INCLUDED fibreglass bending rods.

1. Insert the 2 bending rods within the curtain track

2. Roll the track across your knee making sure to make the bend a soft right angle. You do not want a straight right angle. You want it to have a gentle curved radius.

Bendable / Flexible Curtain Rail

Our bendable and flexible heavy duty metal curtain track is perfect for use in all areas, especially in bay windows. It’s made of aluminium metal, which is why it’s flexible and durable, and has a weight limit of around 20kg per pair and will glide beautifully around your bay and bow windows. Insert the bending rods to the track and bend it over your knee.

How to Bend Your Track
