The Pasco Velvet Curtains possess blackout properties even without lining, thanks to the 3-pass coating. This coating not only adds weight to the curtains but also effectively reduces drafts and helps retain heat within a space.
Please note that we may not pull the velvet curtains up to their finished size during transit to prevent creases in the fabric. Rest assured, your curtains will still be properly hooked, but they may require pleating on-site. Our team is available to provide a helpful guide on how to pull and hook the curtains if needed.
The premium polyester velvet used in the Pasco collection features a luxurious and thick velvet pile, reminiscent of classic cotton velvets. However, being made of polyester, this fabric offers enhanced durability compared to cotton and can be washed like most synthetic fabrics.

To meet our customers’ unique requirements, our curtains are manufactured with various fullness options. For standard made-to-measure curtains, we use 2x fullness, also known as 100% fullness. This results in beautifully pleated curtains that add an elegant touch to any space.
During the manufacturing process, we carefully join widths of the curtain material to achieve the necessary width to cover your curtain track. For example, if your track width is 140cm, a single curtain would typically consist of approximately 2 widths of material (assuming the material is 140cm wide). We round up the widths to the nearest full width. As a result, larger curtains may have a joining seam to accommodate the desired width.

Dimout fabrics typically provide 90%+ shading, while blackout fabrics with a 3-pass coating offer 100% blackout capabilities. The amount of light that comes through will depend on the location of the curtain track and how well it covers the window area.
Polyester FR Lining
