If just the face fabric it is inherently flame retardant to BS5867 Part2C.
This curtain fabric comes in 36 gorgeous colours and are a very good price for a dimout flame retardant curtain material. It is 90%+ blackout without any lining and nearly blackout on the darker colours. Free samples are available for quick turnaround.
